Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. So if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns on hand stamped items including custom orders. We will remake the item if only the item has a mistake in spelling or the wrong font was used.
For other items excluding hand stamped items that are returned, a 20% restocking fee will be issued on any returns not due to our error. No items can be returned after 10 days from receipt of merchandise.
